Studio rules​

Rules for renting space for events/shooting​

1. In the rented time, please include preparation for the event, the event itself and cleaning after it (also return the items to their places). If you need more time, this should also be paid (15 min. – 1/4 cost per hour)

2. If you are late for the start of your rental time, your time will not be extended.

3. Please be careful with studio property. In case you break something, you will need to pay for the full damage. If you are using a table, be careful not to spill anything on it.

Important: move the glass table very carefully, it is fragile.

4. Be sure to provide all participants with information on how to find us and the rules for staying. You are responsible for the participants at your event.

5. Please do not stand on the sofa or tables with your shoes on.

6. Please close the windows if you open them after you leave.

7. Unplug all the appliances after you leave.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

YOU HAVE THE OPTION OF CANCELING YOUR RESERVED NEW APPOINTMENT

UP TO 3 DAYS BEFOREHAND AND FINDING AN APPOINTMENT. WE ONLY OFFER AN ALTERNATIVE DATE AND DO NOT REPLACE PAYMENTS.

IF THE DEADLINE IS LESS THAN 3 DAYS.

THERE IS NO ENTITLEMENT TO AN ALTERNATIVE DATE.
